Don't Call me a sneaker head cause I only wear Nikes.

I had a pair Rebooks,Addidas,Fila,British Knights and even Travel Fox before but known of them come close to my love for Nike. I'm not addicted to sneakers just Nikes. But I'm not sure if its an addiction or is it that I just wanna get all the ones Mom wouldn't buy for me when I was younger.(I'm from a single parent house hold and I have a younger sister and my mom is a west indian parent and $125 every month on one pair of kicks wasn't happening)
I didn't get Jordan crazy until high school. It was something about that swoosh. I didn't just want the sneakers. I wanted the fresh tees,open back hats, the jackets, any and everything that said Nike. When I was younger I always liked the running sneakers 90s,95s,97s the trainers, Barkelys,Uptempos. Give me a pair of Pippens over Jordans any day and I was happy.
I still remember the day my older cousin Winston took me to Niketown in NYC. He didn't tell me where I was going and I didn't even know this place existed. When I got there I remember seeing swoosh on the door and a huge poster or Patrick Ewing and he stated this is Niketown. I was young and still didn't understand until I got inside and saw 5 floors of nike gear,clothes,sneakers,golf and equipment. I couldn't believe it. I thought it was a dream they even gave me a free tee shirt. What a day.
So please don't call me a sneaker head. I don't cop kicks. I only wear Nikes. I rather a nike sweater over a champion one. My fitteds are cool but my open backs in Junior high were flyer just cause it had a swoosh on it.

Bring back the Fun Pass

I hate the MTA because it took away my fun pass. For those who don't know the fun pass was the best thing ever it was $4 and it gave you unlimited rides for one day. When I was in high school in the summer time it was all I needed for a long day. I went from brooklyn to harlem; from harlem to the bronx; bronx to queens ; queens back to brooklyn. This is when I had no bad words for the MTA. Traveling was easier for me back than. MTA please bring back the fun pass until the recession is over to help the people of New York or just for me. Peter says the MTA should bring back the fun in riding the bus and train again.

Ready or not?

I had this album before it came out and I have mixed feelings about it. Trey Songz third album Ready is sexually intense and very emotional LP that shows his growth as an artist. His featured single I need a girl and remix of Drake's Successful are instant favorites. Trey's second song with Drake I invented sex is the first song I listened to due the title and it didn't disappoint. His two party anthems Say Ahh featuring Fabolous and LOL featuring down south favorites Gucci Mane and Soulja Boy make you wanna party all night. His true R&B side is shown on his songs like Black Roses,One Love, Love Lost and Yo side of the Bed. This album arrangement was horrible to me but the songs really hit and I give it 3.5 Ps out of 5. Peter would pick this up.

Why I love My Nike Boots

I hate winter due to the fact I have to shovel snow but I always look forward to putting on my favorite boots of all time. I never was crazy about Timbs or even these until I put on a pair and felt the difference. Yes I LOVE MY NIKE BOOTS and I buy only black leather every year since 2007 and they keep my feet warm and comfortable. When I shovel snow now it's not that bad due that fact I have on my NIKE BOOTS. (oh yeah thanks WALE for the song)

Album Review of Ghostdini Wizard of Poetry In Emerald City

The newest album from Ghostface might be his best in years. This album is more like a hood love story with love songs in rhyme rather than song. His single "Baby" featuring Raheem Radio Devaughn is in heavy rotation on the radio but the hits don't end there. He also has a song titled Paragraphes of love featuring Estelle and Anthony Vaughn that just speak of love at first sight in his eyes. The melody and tempo are something that moves the soul if you listen with your heart not your ears. Another good song is titled Guest House featuring Fabolous in which he talks about is wifey cheating on him with the Verizon Fios guy. Ghostface still has bounce in the club with She's a Killah featuring Ron Browz and still shows his extremely freaky side with Stapleton Sex. This album gets 4 out of 5. Peter would consider this a good pick up or download....Wutang forever

With my true love of nike running sneakers today I will be going with the fresh water airmax 95s. This sneaker line is a cult favorite with a decade plus of sales worldwide a fresh pair of 95s will still get a quick head turner.

It's funny because I have been waiting for this trip since last year. If its not the weather it has to be the food or the fact I'm going with my friends or the fact I get to leave New York for a week. I just love Miami Carnival I fell in love in 2007 when I went down with my good friend Gordon and since then I have vowed to go every year as long as I could. Its wednesday 10/07/09 and it seems like I'm on my way back down to south beach with more friends every year and more smiles. I have fun with everything I do but everything in Miami and Vegas are just better. I can hear the music right now and its crazy because I'm not playing any music right now. So you know that the only thing Peter will do is have a blast......
