I remember my nintendo

I don't know how many of you gals/guys out there had a nintendo. I'm not talking about a Wii or a super nintendo I'm talking about the first nintendo with two buttons on in with the grey,black and red controller. The game system that supported super mario brothers 1,2 and 3. I remember hours of battling my older cousin in duck hunt and having that dog laugh at me. Yes Madden is best football game ever but I'm talking about tecmo bowl with Bo Jackson and the mighty Raiders. Who remembers trading games with your friends? What I can't forget about nintendo was the tricks that everyone had to get there games to work. Holding down the reset button before putting the game in the console was my favorite. I remember when controllers were simple with A and B buttons. Thanks Mom for my nintendo and all those games.

Kids say the funniest things

A serious topic today on what would peter do when do you tell your children about sex? I was on the train the other day and heard these two kids talking about giving head one girl and one boy. I was like I'm not hearing this it made me lower the volume on my music. The little boy was just explaining to the little girl that he has received oral sex about 3 times already in his life and the girl shouldn't be scared to do it to her boyfriend. Ok I was laughing the whole time because he had to be about 8 or the most 9 years old. I was wondering what would happen if I heard that my little girl my princess was giving oral? I probably would be giving my son a high 5. Pete just hopes he's ready to give that talk whenever he starts to have kids.

Album review on 50 cents Before I Self Destruct

Mr. Curtis Jackson newest album "Before I Self Destruct" is a solid album showing the he hasn't missed a step. Just like a good business man he release two singles "Baby by me" featuring Ne-yo and "Ok, You're Right" showing his mainstream side and his street side. What I loved about this album is that he didn't have a lot of featured songs and the track with R.Kelly titled "could've been you" has that sexy late 90s beat and 50 holds up his end of the track with an legend of R&B. "Pyscho" featuring Eminem is one of the tracks that fans of both of Curtis and Marshall will enjoy but its songs like "Hold me down" and "Do you think about me" that gives this album the approval of Pete. This album gets 4 Ps out of 5. This album isn't in stores yet but will be a good pick up to put in your collection.

I can say it now I was addicted to Jordans..I'm now off that monthly crack

I'm glad its over. I remember when I had to cop early or get on that line. I remember being with Supreme(my friend his blog http://supreme6.blogspot.com/) on line at Foot Locker or copping multiple pairs at Modells. I wanted every hot pair there was. It was two things that changed me one was the release of jordan 17s for $200. I was like $200 for one pair of sneakers with a suitcase. I passed and even boycotted those kicks but I was still picking up all the retros around that time.
The second strike was Jordan 8 low cuts. All my homeboys that were buying sneakers asked if I was buying these and I said no. I even stated that these sneakers were wack and extremely corny due to the one strap. The saturday morning that these sneakers were released I woke up early as if I was going to purchase them.(Early to me is 5am and I'm up with no alarm clock) I proceed to get up and take a shower and as if I'm going to purchase these kicks. I see my mother is up so we talk and she tells me to go and purchase my sister a pair since she doesn't want to go do such a silly thing so early in the morning. So I get dressed and go to the local sneaker store get my sisters pair there is no line no hassle. After purchasing my sisters pair I ask if they had men sizes left they state to me no. For some reason I being to worry I drop my sisters sneakers home for her and go to the next sneaker store where they haven't opened yet. After this I proceed to walk about 3 miles to the Modells where there is no line and I stated to myself these kicks are about to sell out and if my size is their I will pick them up. There is no line no one around and I go in buy my pair and leave. I'm happy until I realize I don't even like them but I refuse to return them. That was the morning when I realized I had a problem. I was addicted to having the newest jordan. I wore those sneakers about three times and then gave them away. I was young and addicted to the jump man and now I'm off that monthly crack.

Antonie Walker is Broke

Former NBA all star and NBA champion Antonie Walker is broke. I just don't understand how a man that makes over 100 million dollars in his NBA career and now is broke. Ok I'm not perfect and I do purchase a lot of sneakers but I refuse to be broke or in debt. So with this issue I'm making a top five things to do when you get signed to the league.

5. With your rookie contract you only need one car. I don't care what type of car or how much just one car.
4. You have to buy momma or daddy a house-lets pay for this in full with no mortgage this will be a fall back house if you go broke anyway.
3. Investments,stocks,bonds, gold something all your money can't be in the bank you have to flip it.
2.A good lawyer and a great agent. Look your skill is only so much but you need some one make you look like your larger than life plus someone to protect your money.
1. You have to keep your penis in your pants. I could only imagine how many women are trying to have sex with you but a kid in every city you play ball in will get expensive.
Follow those steps and you will stay living the life for a long time and remember that's what Peter would do.

I Love ESPN

Don't Call me a sneaker head cause I only wear Nikes.

I had a pair Rebooks,Addidas,Fila,British Knights and even Travel Fox before but known of them come close to my love for Nike. I'm not addicted to sneakers just Nikes. But I'm not sure if its an addiction or is it that I just wanna get all the ones Mom wouldn't buy for me when I was younger.(I'm from a single parent house hold and I have a younger sister and my mom is a west indian parent and $125 every month on one pair of kicks wasn't happening)
I didn't get Jordan crazy until high school. It was something about that swoosh. I didn't just want the sneakers. I wanted the fresh tees,open back hats, the jackets, any and everything that said Nike. When I was younger I always liked the running sneakers 90s,95s,97s the trainers, Barkelys,Uptempos. Give me a pair of Pippens over Jordans any day and I was happy.
I still remember the day my older cousin Winston took me to Niketown in NYC. He didn't tell me where I was going and I didn't even know this place existed. When I got there I remember seeing swoosh on the door and a huge poster or Patrick Ewing and he stated this is Niketown. I was young and still didn't understand until I got inside and saw 5 floors of nike gear,clothes,sneakers,golf and equipment. I couldn't believe it. I thought it was a dream they even gave me a free tee shirt. What a day.
So please don't call me a sneaker head. I don't cop kicks. I only wear Nikes. I rather a nike sweater over a champion one. My fitteds are cool but my open backs in Junior high were flyer just cause it had a swoosh on it.
